Iomega Clik! drive for DCs

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Imaging Resource Discussion : One Thread

Has anyone had a chance to use the Iomega Clik! drive for digital cameras? Sounds like a pretty neat alternative to lugging around a portable PC for storing all those large images. Please comment.

Thanks.

They only store 40MB per disk. I suggest the laptop. :)

I like to suggest you buy more CF cards. The price is coming down and they are easiest to carry around.

not a bad idea. Maybe if you need to take 256MB or less, just buy more compact flash, if you need more storage, get a laptop + pcmcia and periodically dump to laptop. something like that.
