This comes from Trimble.com as a small part of a table. I don't know if you can access this without a product serial number (you may be able to). "Non-compliant" means it can't be fixed, must be replaced. Just to let those interested know there IS a problem and people like me need to do a lot to get the equipment fixed: so far the State agency I work for has not fixed 1 of its 21 GPS units .... but is going to "real soon" (no kidding! - thats what they say)! I hope the FED is much more organized. Sorry about the formatting.
