I HAVE GOT A CASIO QV-3500EX DIGATAL CAMERA ,WHICH I PURCHASED FROM DIXONS LAST SEPTEMBER ITS STILL UNDER MANAFACTURES GARRENTEE IT WILL NOT WORK WHEN I PUT IN BRAND NEW BATTERIES 4X AA I USE DURRECEL THE GOLD COLOR ONES. i have taken it back to the shop i got it from, they sent it to there repair outlet it came back no faults found it cost me £270.00,it as been a pain ever since i have had it. when i got it home it would not work , i took it back to the shop and they tried it with new batteries ok it worked but when i got it home i tried it myself and it would not go , i took back to the shop and they suggested i buy a charger with rechargebble battries which i did it still will not work with batteries, so i went back to the shop to see if i could buy an adapter for running of the mains , which they could not supply me with ,so i had to buy one off the interneet , it works fine while plugged in to the mains , but that means i cant use it outdoors because it wont work with batteries my advice dont buy a digital camera i am sick and tired of it they are a waist of time . sorry i cant help you with yours Anthony j Crockett
