Hey, if we can list property here, I've got a good one too!

What's nice about mine is that it works even if Y2k is a fizzle, as it is located on a beautiful western NY lake, with own water, woodburning stove, contemporary 2 bedroom condo, with dock, near Chautauqua Institution (summer cultural center).

It is a non-Y2k dream, and is Y2K ready, with two 2,500 gal. water tanks in separate water-treatment building, gravity flush toilets, wooded acreage, 3 wells on the property (approx. 20 acres shared with 14 other owners from Cleveland, Pittsburg, Buffalo area). Landscape maintained for out of town owners, and is a perfect summer home or retreat from city chaos...

There is also a tennis court, and probably a clubhouse and pool going in this summer...Plenty of room for extensive gardening, and a good investment at this point at about $172,000.

If anyone is interested, email to jacquej@n

I'm glad that my full email address was cut off, as husband said not to post it, but to ask interested buyers to post theirs... we don't want to be harassed, and our neighbors might not want the attention. So post yours, and I will email you...
