Biomechanics of Backstrokegreenspun.com : LUSENET : Swimming : One Thread
I am doing a report on the biomechanics of backstroke. It is just the stroke not the start or turn. This is very in depth and breaks down to what every muscle is doing. I am on somewhat of a time restaint so any information that anyone has would be great. Thank you!
