Hey Y2K pro -- instead of attacking the messenger's religious beliefs, how about point us to a site that contains links to over 7,500 articles that contain good news about y2k...

y2k con:

Let's give North credit where it's due - he does post articles containing good news as well as bad. Of course, his editorial spin is a different story, often boiling down to "get a load of *these* lies". And many of his links are to pretty accurate-looking information, forcing him to almost manufacture spin out of thin air. For example, he'll post an article like "bank in final stages of testing, no more problems turning up" and he'll say see! see! they're not done yet. As though testing is ever finished.

I find North's links informative and valuable. His commentary is laughable much of the time -- he makes Koskinen look like a kindergartner when it comes to pure spin. But the links themselves are great (while they last -- many of them vanish pretty quickly).

I didn't get what he's saying here. Maybe he's making a joke? Can someone please clarify?

"I have a 10-week-old puppy. The power surge protector for my computer began making a hissing sound a few minutes ago. The puppy was standing next to it. It was damp. I hope this is not part of an embedded chip problem."
