My first try at putting a photo in here ... This is a Parry Primrose taken in the Maroon Bells Wilderness. Handheld on Fuji Velvia.

I like the angle. Actually I think the Velvia is causing the supersaturated effect. I'd prefer this image with more normal coloration.

Very nice lighting and colours, although I agree that they may be a tad over saturated. Good work. Let's see more.

This photo was actually cropped down quite a bit from the original. I agree it is super-saturated. You can see more of my plant photos here, but most are a little big for this forum (~500 x 700).
