Oregon House bill 268 would relieve the State from litigation steming from Y2K related failures.

Personal observation: -Regional business' may be outraged at the State providing itself with this firewall, while they have spent millions on remediation. The State maintains the position "show of good faith" is adequate, while we can only ...assume the position....
