April 19th is the next town meeting date for the local y2k informational gathering. The meeting will be held at 7pm at the Assembly of God Church at 7789, Healdsburg Avenue. The Church is less than a block "down the hill" from the Fiesta Market. The speakers are as yet not selected, perhaps it is time for you to speak???!!! At this time, Easter Sunday, April 4th, aproximately 350 to 400 individual homes are forming neighborhood y2k groups. Several block leaders have come forth and are meeting with their neighbors. The Palm drive hospital and a few physicians are organizing the local medical professionals for "within city medical support". All 5 of the grocery stores are engaging each other in ways to best provide service late this year. Last week 150 commercial business owners were given grace fellowship business (y2k) documents along with this community update.
