MX-600 or DC240??

I am interested in buying either of the two cameras. They seem to be offering similar specs on paper. Can anyone give me advice on which of the them is better?

I can't speak on the MX600 but I received my DC240 today. What a product!! This camera just feels great, I can't believe the package they are giving for the money especially with the $150.00 Free Accessory Upgrade Kit (Flash Card Reader, Flash Card Adapter, 4 more recharable batteries and some albuming software). The USB transfer rate of this camera is excellent, the colors vibrant my printouts are finally what I invisioned. The autofocus is tight, I shot a number of indoor and outdoor shots no complaints in either setting. I haven't had a chance to use the Black and White Features or Sepia Mode. You can upload templates to the camera. As for the technical specs I'll let people better qualified to document the nitty gritty. All I know is that the camera works as described, my printouts are awsome and I have only scatched the surface of the camera features so far. This one is a keeper!!!
