I looked at the PDF file from the AHA and the above quote is not quite accurate as such. The 6 % is only the equipment that is certified. This does not mean that the rest aren't compliant. The situation is still not good. There is an archive of a health industry Elist. This is from the folks fixing it. Why do people always go to second or third hand info when the real thing is online.
