Anyone can participate in the public areas of the campus, this pub is the best example of that type of participation.

There may also be public (open) discussions and meetings in either the conference center or in the commons - this is detenimed by the host of these events at the time they are set up (see the document on personas to get information on roles in the virtual campus - a link to this doccument can be found in the sidebar rollout menu)

Finally, you can request certification as a secure participant in the BCUL - to request this write to Q (there is a link on the home page). Admittance will be based on your affiliation with the partners in the BCUL program either direct or indirect and / or your involvement with one of the active subject areas.
