Would like to know if this is a flaw ( my kitten has black colored skin on one side of her mouth ?

Hi Carolyn! 1st of all, your breeder or your vet may be able to reassure you on this one. Your vet is a recommended step, in any event, if you have concerns. Also, You haven't mentioned whether this is new or if she's always been like this. Anyway, with darker coloured or marked cats, it's not at all unusual for them to have patchwork areas of skin, either in their mouths or ears or on their pawpads for eg., that are patched with similar tones. It's just their skin colour, and it's completely normal.
