Very cool (no pun intended (laughing ;>)).

Scanning issues aside, I feel that these kinds of shots can benefit from a more diagonal composition, but that's mostly personal preference.

It still looks interesting.

To nitpick a bit, some people may find the leaves poking into the bottom of the frame to be distrating. This has the rough proportions of a 5x7 print. Have you tried other croppings?

I think you have a good eye. Keep shooting & posting.

Cheers, Keith

The image is an eye catcher. While there may well be additional croppings an orientations possible, this one works for me.

I find it "too" symmetrical, and don't like the way it breaks into two halfes.

I like the photograph, but I don't like the photographer (whom I have known very well for the last 15 years).

I personally like the symmetry of the image!

Henry, just kidding. Can I still stay at your house when I visit?

I agree with Keith and Andreas, this otherwise excellent image is too symmetrical. I would make it a more diagonal composition.
