Olympus D-620L or C-2000

I have had an Olympus D-320L for a year and have reached its limitations. I've narrowed the next purchase to An Olympus D-620L or the C-2000. The C-2000 looks more like a first gen model while the D-620L looks more refined. I would guess after reading reviews of both that the optics are better on the 620. Any comments or recommendations?

The Oly C-2000 is a lot better camera than the Oly 620. The Oly 620 is the last phase of the "bad" looking 500 and then the 600 product group. The 620 has a more professional look, but buck stops there, C-2000 is a real professional camera. I do expect a short life for the 620 line (being phased out). Wait for the C-2000, I have seen an advertise from at least one company claiming that they actually have it in stock (I really do not know if they have it in stock, or they are expecting to have it soon). The Oly C-2000 is probably the best buy for the buck right now (starting price in the mid $900 range).
