I received confirmation from Leila Marsh that the satellite conference on Resilient Communities will be held at Martinez Kaiser-Permanente, Ensenada Bldg, Conference Room E-1. April 8, 9:am to noon. $10 per person, pre-registration required (not pre-payment) 295 4579. This is decribed in her FAX (I couldn't make my computer copy the FAX so that I could transmit it to you via email, but I can forward a FAX if you want it): "A Y2K conversation with Robert Theobald, Cynthia Beal and Rachel Bagby."
