Speed--thats what Jeff Gordon thought was important. But along with speed it takes preparation, egoless teamwork and original strategizing. I feel this is also in extension. We prepare a variety of materials and many times we work as a team and sometimes with no recognition. The NEA's in cluster 11 are a group of women that can take on a challenge and do it creatively. Timing is important to us so that we can meet our dealines. We share awards, just as Jeff Gordon does. We know we wouldn't be there without the others.
