I like the subject, and the out-of-focus green background, but the flower is not sharp, and the dead-center composition doesn't do much for me. Exposure seems right on.

I like the centered composition... almost has a painterly quality about it. But it is soft... might also have benefited from a bit of fill- flash to highlight the center of the bloom a bit more.

I would agree with the two comments above, I really like the combination of the green, orange and yellow.

The strongest element of this photo is its quality of light and its color. I would not use a fill flash to ruin it. I can also live with its centered composition. The blurred image is a definite drawback. Better luck next time.
