New Century Energies has produced an excellent customer video on 
their Y2K Preparations.

We have  taken the video and converted it to a Real Networks  
audio/video player file and placed it on our Web site.  You can 
view the video by going to:

www.eei.org/y2k

The New Century video should be the 3rd option on the page.  
Please be aware that you will need the latest "Real Player" 
from Real Networks to run the video along with a sound card 
and speakers.  There is a link on the page to download the 
latest "free" version of the Real Networks Player.
