Himalayan Tahr??

Western Plains Zoo, Dubbo, Australia. I think this is a himalayan tahr but when I looked at the zoo's website it was not listed as one of the animals they have on display.

Sean: I thought more people would have commented on your image. It has a great quality of light and a flawless exposure. I also see an elegant movement of the horn that parallels/blends into the pattern of the hair/wool?. IMO a few things would have made the composition of this image stronger. 1) less space at the top 2) less space on RHS and 3) more on RHS and 4) cropping just above the legs! Thanks for sharing. Bahman.

I agree with Bahman, but I believe point 2) of his was ment to say:

2) less space on LHS.

Actually,

It is unfair for me to say what Bahman means. I should stick to critiquing the image and not the comments. My apologies to you Bahman Farzad.

I could see that with more on the RHS the LHS would be just fine.

Excellent detail and composition of the head, eye, horn, wool. Good shot!
