I am attempting to aquire images from my Olympus D 220L digital camera, and the installed software is unable to find the camera. I am currently running NT4 service pack 4, and had this problem before. The first time I took it into a store, and had them set it up for me, so I know it can be done. Due to unusual circumstances, I had to do a complete reinstall, and I can't seem to get the camera up and running on my own. Does anyone know how to go about doing this? I know I have the cables etc in properly, and the camera turned on when I am trying it...this is a port/software problem.
