I am having miroDC30 Video Capture card, which can capture video to *.avi format. How to make VCD's by using this card? Please help me

Purchase a copy of XING MpegEncoder to change the AVI to a MPG format then use a copy of Easy Cd Creator Deluxe to turn the MPG to a DAT format and burn the CD in "whitebook" standard

NO, DO NOT GET XING!!!

Get Heuris MPEG Pro, it creates much better mpeg's from avi's than xing

As far as software, you'll find plenty of options in the 'tools' section of that site. Some of the best programs for .avi to .mpg encoding are free too. This is one of my favorites: http://www.virtualdub.org/
