What does restricting flights in countries who's ATC is not safe got to do with "planes falling out of the sky"? You make it sound like there is now proof that they will fall out of the sky and give an URL that others may not bother to go to and read entirely. You sure are biased aren't you? If you have to twist things to agree with your point of view on this then why should anyone trust anything you say?

Well, well. Seems Cherri Stewart, late of the Y2000 mail-list and csy2k has deigned to inflict her confrontational, cantankerous contumely on Ed's BB. The more broomdoods, the better. Bear in mind, we have our own coterie of high-class Pollyanna's here. Where's your buddy, Charles Rubin?

Anyway, welcome to Yourdon's Lair. Pull up a beanbag chair. Like some hot massage oil?

I believe the "planes falling from the sky" was a joke.

Well, Cherri, that's a nasty way to start out, plus you made yourself look foolish in the bargain. Helium didn't say that planes would fall out of the sky; nobody thinks that, no matter what their conclusions about y2k are. Helium was simply pointing out that it's ignorant to think that there will be no airplane transportation problem due to y2k. You would do better to start your brain before you log on here.

Why are you so angry? Get back on your Prozac, girl!!

Lets see now

"DOT may ground U.S. planes" Ground them? No not have them fly to certain areas... Grounding US planes implies US Planes may be grounded.~~

So much for planes not falling out of the sky.....

Notice the word "NOT"

come on, how well do you understand what you read. And to get angry with me for reading it as it is written? Good defence mechanism.

Oh and I've bee BUSTED!! Looks like Using my name and real e-mail address shows I have attempted to "hide" who I am? But gee thanks anyway..nice to know my reputation preceeds me.
