i have bought a toy poodle who i love dearly he's 4.5 months and weighs 7.5 pounds is this normal? i am worried about size should i be?

I to have been sold a toy poodle that ended up not being a toy & at that weight for that age you are going to end up having a miniature about 10lbs & 13 inches at least.
