Anyone read World News Daily this morning? Article called "Is America Ready for a True Disaster". Says toward the end that the Pentagon is asking Congress to establish a "new homeland command to take charge of all military operations with in the United States".

They seem to be really working toward the Federal call up of the National Guard don't they? Why is this necessary?
