VCD player with PAL output

What equipment do I need to play my VCD (with PAL output) to a TV of NTSC format (aside from using a multi-system TV)? Is there such thing as PAL to NTSC system converter?

Yes but you will have to find it on the internet. I do not know where but if you do a search you can find it.

Apparently PAL and NTSC are both common in Hong Kong, so Video CD players that are sold there often support both PAL and NTSC output. My Panasonic SL-VP55 player, for example, can play both PAL and NTSC Video CDs, and it can output either PAL and NTSC (there's a switch which selects PAL output or NTSC output). It appears to do the necessary conversion for both frame rate and frame size.

MOST OF THE VCD PLAYERS ARE HAVING PAL AND NTSC SELECTION I HAVE SEEN

Just adjust the switch
