Non- Compliant Meets Compliant.

The local sewer company here in Pittsburgh PA, just sent out bills for 6 months. Six months late, that is. They also applied the normal late fees. Pissed alot of people off?@/ Seems the water company computers could not talk to the sewer company computers. Why you ask? The sewer company had put in a new compliant system last year and the water company didn't. They did not catch the problem till last month. The sewerage computer had been spitting out alot of these bills for the past 6 months so they were never sent. Alot of answers here!

What do you expect from an entity that deals in crap? I wonder what's going to happen when their plants shut down and all that waste ends up at the plant, and the plant is unable to process it. I guess crap will run up hill instead of down hill.

Someone - Pretty simple, really. It will be released untreated into the local river. Probably hundreds of thousands of gallons a day...
