Everyone,

Can anyone tell me if they know of an agency that is using a Document Management System with a Correspondence Tracking System that they like and would recommend that product to other agencies? We here current are using PC Docs with Scats. If you could please reply to this before monday evening. I have a meeting with my boss on Tuesday morning with the answer to the above question. Thanks for all your assistance, in advance.

ERV: At BUMED weare using Documentum with correspondence tracking, this was our first automation effort so that we could control correspondence coming down from higher authorities. Our software integrator has created correspondence control software for Documentum with SSIC Codes etc. They will also be showing it at COMDEX. If you are interested, I will give you the POC's.
