Buycomp is offering a reader, dedicated to compact flash and smart media. Made by Microtec. Its a USB interface,so I guess it'll work on IMac.. CameraMate, Ibelieve its called... $62.00 plus shipping..($10) I ordered one ,but out of stock. There due in March..I hope....... Hope info. helps... Lloyd

RE. Smart Media card reader for the iMac (or new G3 Macs). Newer Technology makes a USB SmartMedia card reader, The "uFlash-SM." They also have a USB CompactFlash reader, the "uFlash-CM." I think they sell for about $89 MSRP. Check it out at www.newertech.com/products/ usb/index.html.
