Criteria for an "A"

I will be attend a one-day FAS/FAE workshop that will be put on by the Department of Children, Families, and Learning on March 19th, 1999. This workshop will discuss the etiology of FAS/FAE, how it affects the child's learning, what teachers can do to support their students with FAS/FAE, and what teachers can do to support the parents who have FAS/FAE. To document my participation I will write a one to two page summary of the information.

Criteria for a "B"

I will be presenting at the 17th Annual Johnson O'Malley Conference on April 29th and 30th, 1999 at the Fonddulac Community and Tribal College. This will be hosted by the Department of Children, Families, and Learning-Office of Indian Education, the Minnesota Chippewa Tribe, and the Fonddulac Community and Tribal College.

Topic of my presentation will be "Graduation Standards for Parents". It will begin with an introduction of the vocabulary used in the Minnesota Graduation Standards, and follow with an overview on the Basic Skills test and the High Standards. A survey will be given to document my presentation along with a short summary of the presentation.
