I wouldn't take it too seriously. I saw that survey, and it looked like some high-school kid working on a class project. A half way savvy survey writer would know how to design a survey. That one was not designed. I mean, really; asking for 1-10 answers and then asking Yes- No questions? A high-school kid, I tell ya. I still wouldn't fill it out, however...
