Delta-T Probe

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Electric Utilities and Y2K : One Thread

I just read about a new device called the Delta-T Probe that tests embedded controls for potential failure on 1/1/2000. Does anyone know if this is being used by US electric utilities?

If memory serves, Delta-T is not new. It was in development & discussed fairly widely last summer. I don't know that anyone expects it to change the world, so to speak (although it would be nice if it did).
