a great article--he really knows how to express himself..give him credit for knowing his stuff.

Perhaps this will put to rest any speculation that Senator Bennett has "sold out", as it were. Excellent article.

I always feel like Sen. Bennett is holding back...like there is more he'd like to say. Anyone else get this or is it just me?

Sen. Bennett was a very successful PR professional before he went into politics, which may explain his excellent communications skills. I'm just glad we have people like him and Rep. Stephen Horn sounding the alarm. And yes, I know, it's too late for anything but contingencies and prep, but at least there are a few folks in the Gov't that are dealing straight with us and giving GIs a few more tools for persuading others.

As long as the watchdogs, Bennett, et. al., keep looking ... and talking ... we could be better prepared to take evasive action. Locally, at least. If paying attention.

Wonder if Koskinen is still planning to fly at the turn or stay in D.C. now?
