For usability it would be great if you could standardise the command line switches for the various tools. e.g bulkload/bulkdelete has -connect and -base whereas bulkmodify has -c and -b respectively also it would be good if all the tools were in the same bin directory instead of being split between $ORACLE_HOME/bin and $ORACLE_HOME/ldap/bin. It would also help if none of the tools had a .sh extension as you have to remember which ones have .sh (e.g bulkload/bulkdelete) and which don't (e.g bulkmodify)
