I would like to contract for an A for Spring 1999. I will fulfill my contract by completing the following :

1) I would like to organize a "State Fair Celebration" at my school. The fifth grade students in my class are responsible for completing State reports as a part of one of our Profiles of Learning. I would like to arrange an evening event for parents and community members to come over to the school and view the State projects. Students will display the information that they gathered on their State along with a treasure box and mobile. I think this will be a motivating way to culminate one of our major accomplishments and a great way to end the year!

2- I will also do a book report. I am still deciding on my book of choice. I'll keep you posted. Thanks!

I would like to update my contract for grade. Instead of the book report, I would like to participate in a grant writing opportunity for the Proctor School System. I have been asked to assist in writing a grant to help our district start a mentorship program. Thanks very much!
