Thanks for the link. As in the previous NERC report, I see several weaknesses:

1. (% Complete - Report as amount of work completed in each phase divided by total amount of work to do in that phase. If no remediation and testing is required in an area that was inventoried and assessed, then show remediation and testing as 100% complete.) This methodology seems to skew the data on systems remediated. A company could still face a majority of their actual remediation work while still showing 60% to 70% "completion.

2. The dependence on vendor verification. Over and over in the comments, this verification is what the utilities are basing their own verification statements on.

3. Considering the various dates that the companies started on, it is rather odd that their completion "curves" are almost identical....
