Words to poem with "I come before you to stand behind you..."

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Poetry : One Thread

I have snippets of a comic verse "I come before you to stand behind you" and "to tell you something of which I know nothing" and "pull up a chair and take the floor". It's needed for a memorial service - I would appreciate any help finding the whole thing.

all I know is : ( maybe it is not complete ) . I come before you to stand behind you

to tell you something I know nothing about.

Next Thursday, which is Good Friday,

there will be a mothers meeting for fathers only.

Get dressed up. Come as you are.

Take a seat and sit on the floor.

We will discuss the four corners of the round table.
