In reference to Erv's email of 11 Feb, I think one of the most pressing things we need to concentrate on is getting a web-based inter-active records management training program established on the new NO9B35 web-site (as discussed in the ERWG meeting of 27 Jan. There may be commercial off-the-shelf programs that could be modified to fit our needs.
