Ascent of Mont Blanc in June

Q . I intend to visit Chamonix in mid June (around the 18 th)I only have approx. 1 week with which to aclimatise and hopefully ascend Mont Blanc - I wondered how stable the weather would normally be at this time of year ?

Last summer I was in Chamonix for almost two weeks before I could climb the Mont Blanc. I first wanted a few days to aclimitise and get used to cramopons/ice axe and by the time I wanted to give it a go the weather was lousy. Then the guide was busy with another client etc etc... One week might be just enough, but the weather might destroy your plans.
