CANNOT GET SYSTEM TO PRINT ALBUM PHOTOS. DID FIRST TIME. HAS NOT SINCE

HAVE A NEW PDR-M1 TOSHIBA DIGITAL CAMERA. TOOK PHOTOS. TRANSMITTED TO THE COMPUTER. PRINTED ALBUM PHOTOS. ALL IMMEDIATELY AFTER ORIGINAL SETUP. THE NEXT TIME WE SET UP TO REPEAT THE PHOTO PRINT, THE PRINTER NO LONGER RESPONDS FROM THE IMAGE EXPERT PROGRAM. ASD SAYS THERE IS A ROOT PROBLEM???? HAVE RELOADED SOFTWARE , DID NOT HELP. PRINTER STATUS SAYS RESOURCES UNAVAILBALBE???? AM NOT SURE WHAT IS TO BE DONE. ANY SUGGESTIONS???????

Wish I could help, this goes beyond my own limited Windows expertise. This sounds like a Windows-level problem, rather than with the Album software. One thought though: How much disk space do you have available? In our experience, album-printing applications frequently build the entire page as a single image, which eats up huge amounts of disk space to "buffer" the data before being sent to the printer. If you have less than ~60 meg of hard drive space, this could very well be the problem. Another question: Can you print from other apps, or is it just the Image Expert software that's having trouble?

There is a computer expert on Sunday Morn radio (Sun in Alaska) or go to her web site I think it's abcginasmith or ginasmith007 or?? I do know the radio show has call ins and is called Connected With Gina Smith...answers all questions live, is a coast to coast thing (I need to call her too) = )
