Y2K Poll from zdnetgreenspun.com : LUSENET : TimeBomb 2000 (Y2000) : One Thread

This is one of the better structured polls I've seen. Not like other polls. Even on one high-tech site I visited yesterday, their poll included a set of choices that were ALL stupid with no way to answer it intelligently. (I didn't participate in it - it was pointless).

I sometimes wonder who are the absolute criminals at glossing over Y2K, ZDNET on DSS satellite TV, or Bill Gates? Geez, we have a semi-hero in big John Dvorak on ZDNET. Sometimes it seems his sarcasm gets in the way of real stuff.

I too thought it was one of the better polls that I have seen, which is why I started this thread.
Did anyone notice differences between what people said in answers about the Y2K problem, and what they are actually doing, or planning to do?
