BriteLyt Orders

Hi, Everyone!!

I just wanted to let everyone know that shipments have arrived in Tampa, and I am working on securing these items for delivery to as many folks as possible. I am also working hard to get more items shipped in, but I am afraid that I am at the mercy of the manufacturers, as the high demand for these products has been overwhelming, both all involved in the manufacturing process, the distributors, and the dealers. I apologize, whole-heartedly, for the delays, as I realize that all over the country, we are experiencing unusual weather patterns that are wreaking havoc, and causing power outages. This is a frightening experience, and I wish I had to power to distribute these much-needed products immediately.

I would also like to apologize to all those who have talked with me, personally, and who have been offended by use of such words as "Hon, Sweetie, Sugar", etc. As I was raised in the strong old-Southern manner, it did not occur to me that some might find this offensive, or think that this might be sales pitch. I try to treat folks, as though they were my own family.....just as I wish to be treated, and this is a habit that I have had, since I was a child. I will do my best to break this "habit", and again, I apologize, if I have offended anyone.

I will advise as to shipment status, after I have secured the freight and it has been inspected. No charges have been applied, as I promised, until freight has been packaged and ready for pickup by UPS, unless otherwise specified, in writing, to do so.

Thank you all, so very much, for your patience, and I will keep my promise to you all, no matter what, to keep these prices for the products as low as I possibly can.

Keep smiling, O.K.?

No need to apologize to me Diana. Political Correctness is a disease that has crept into our society as the result of a bunch of whining sniveling liberals. We are working on a cure that will be available in the near future.

Listen, sugar, it has been a joy working with you. You'd better not stop.

Diana,

Here I was, all set to be a (pleasantly) irate customer, when you go and post your message. Talk about ruining a perfectly good complaint.

Customer relations where did that come from - are you trying to give other vendors a bad name?

Thanks for the update.

Diana, I really enjoyed speaking with you! Don't apologize for your gracious Southern style!

Diana-

Thanks, honey :) I was getting anxious.

I talk to people the same way, so it didn't bother me at all!

Blessings...Mary G. aka Mercy

PS...I wonder how many of us here ordered from you?

So long as nobody says "niggardly," it's cool...

Hey, the guy got his job back when someone actually managed to find a decent dictionary and look up the etymology of the word "niggardly." Too bad - would have been a nifty lawsuit...

And this really does belong in a "BriteLyt" thread, because a lot of those folks involved in the firing are truly "dim bulbs"...

Diana, As soon as I got off the phone with you, I went to my husband and told him you called me hon and sweetie, ect. DO NOT stop! It was a breath of fresh air and like previously posted, if the others don't like it to bad. With all the foul language and slobs on the phones, it was wonderful talking with you when I placed my order. I felt like a person and not like just a customer. "You go girl". God bless you and stay just the way you are.

Thanks for the update also. Mary
