I don't know if this has been posted, but Bill Dunn's editorial on the Michael Hyatt site addresses what he calls the Fully Functioning Foundation. Because it's in place now, breakdowns, failures and glitches aren't really visible. Sporadic failures become much more serious if there is no FFF in place... like early next year. I think that he does a great job of explaining why all the instances to date where things get fixed pretty quickly just may very well not apply to Y2K. Comparing an apple to an orange is meaningless ... and comparing 1000 apples to an orange is also meaningless.
