NYC's 911 system was down for about 1 hour on Sunday when an emergency backup generator failed. WABC radio just reported 1 death as a result, because a heart attack victim couldn't get help in time.

So... how many of you have the alternatives to 911 clearly posted by your phone, along with clear directions on how to travel there? (hospital, police, etc)
