The reports are all surprisingly uniform in their conclusions. The remediation completion dates are almost always...surprise...July 1, 1999 the date set by NRC for compliance certifications eventhough most are not even close to finishing. Also there is no adverse comment in the audit reports indicating that there is no significant time cushion for testing. I guess there is only one test to be done 1/1/2000.
