Come on, terrain isn't that hard to make. You're working on hills, here's what I do. Some places sell styrophome Cheap. It's about 18" by about 48", 1" thick, for $.50. I cut it up and glue them together, paint green, add flock if ya wish, and bang instant hill. Now Buildings are completely different (for instance, they're not 2 or 3 layers of flat, on top of each other), take some thick card paper, and cut it how you want, Imperial outpost, Eldar Building, Shrine to Khorne, be creative. Remember, it's your terrain, and if they don't like it, tell them to bring in their own and give it to you to play on.

Styrofoam and spray paint doesn't mix.

Putting styrafoam (broken up pieces) together and paper masheying or using plaster to cover them forms an odd shaped and cool looking hill. (that is if you do it right).
