I've not removed the recording, but it's not top of the list any more - it's a link from BBH's recording's description, so BBH gets the 10 points now.

I hate to do this to you JSW, but while we're on the subject of recordings that aren't played on default or marked TG settings... the top scores on the Final Fight (World) and Final Fight (Japan) both start with three lives. Mine are played with two, the MAME (and arcade) default.
