Movies made on Kauai?

greenspun.com : LUSENET : About Hawaii : One Thread

I read somewhere that Jurassic Park was filmed on Kauai. Were any others?

Wish we could say we were, but we have not been. Actually, since so many movies and tv shows are shot over here, it's not that big a deal to see the movie trailers.

We live in what is known as "Hollywood East" and movies are always being made here. I remember in 1977 having the opportunity to participate in a sceen for Charlies Angels while on Oahu. It was real exciting. I also remember going to the movies and watching Blue Hawaii to see if I knew anyone. Were either of you ever in a movie either in Hawaii or the mainlands?
