Am finalizing a y2k seminar for my area and have lots of good info to pass along re: where we are now for electric utilities.

Does anyone have some good "soundbites" to pass along re: water, gas? and where we are presently for those industries?

I checked Piedmont Natural Gas Y2K website and it looks like they chose to take care of billing and such before tackling the issues of actually delivering the gas.
