What types of fresh local seafood are available in Hawaii?

Tons of fresh fish like ahi (tuna), mahimahi (dolphin-the fish, not flipper ;)), opakapaka (snapper), or kumu (goat fish). Also, opihi (limpets), limu (sea weed), spiny lobster, tako (octopus), ika (squid), and vana (sea urchin). You'll have to visit the fish stores as there is just about anything you could think of---although not local, sometimes even live Maine lobsters.
